Alive and Well!!!

Speaking from a Germany hospital where he has been admitted for what aids say was routine check-up, he confirmed in a telephone conversation with the president that he is alive, well and responding to treatment. He also enthused that he will be back this weekend to continue with his campaign.
The debate about his health that was put to rest in the past when he challenged his detractors to a game of squash will once again re-surface. Evidently, there are issues that needs resolving as regards the health and suitability of this candidate. Although, we have limited access to his medical history as protected by privacy of patients information; we are nonetheless concerned about the health of the man who will be president. We cannot afford to have a president that will be held hostage by a debilitatng ailment that will hinders his ability to carry out his duties as the country’s chief executve.
As we pray for his ’speedest recofer’; we urge the PDP to rethink their choice or be prepared to lay bare the medical records of their candidate to convince us that he is fit enough to be president. Apparent failure to clear this air of uncertainty is tantamount to shooting themselves on the foot and permanetly damaging their chances of winning the presidential elections come April 2007.
